Bad url for checkout

I had to use the following URL for checkout
git submodule add git://github.com/dcrec1/restful-authentication-i18n.git restful_authentication_i18n
The work directory was vendor/plugins.
Also people who are not using git for the project need to initialize git at least in vendor/plugins by doing
cd vendor/plugins git init
